How It Works

A typical eLecta Live solution consists of two parts -
a web based eLecta Live Event Center and one or more virtual classrooms.
The web event center is a powerful web based applications accessible from your web browser.
With your Web Event Center (Also called Web Office or Online Office) you can create user, student and presenter accounts,
arrange meetings, schedule events, and send email invitations. Each of your students/users has a personal calendar of
events and personal folders for offline data exchange. You can also create virtual classrooms/meeting rooms where your live sessions take place.
Individual attendance permissions can be assigned to each of your students and presenters.
The session leaders and the participants join the live sessions either from their web browsers identifying with a username/password or from an email invitation.

eLecta Live is offered as a hosted service available 24/7/365 with no limitation on usage.
The flexible licensing model and the variety of services we have make eLecta Live suitable and affordable for
tutors, small or large training companies, schools, universities and corporations.

For each of our hosted packages the price is calculated on the number of seats you
have for your online account as well as the subscription period.
eLecta Live can also be purchased as a self-hosted product with its full Professional functionality or with a custom feature set.
